Earlier this year we were introduced to UCAPS' well dressed canines available for adoption.
Photographer Tammy Swarek came up with the idea of dressing up rescue dogs to draw attention to their stories and help potential owners personally connect with them.
Tammy, from Arkansas, drew her inspiration from Facebook after spotting another portrait project for sheltered animals. So she contacted her local dog shelter, the Union County Animal Protection Society (UCAPS) and has worked closely with shelter manager Tanja Jackson ever since.
Since the preened pooches went viral, the local council have even got involved to support the cause.
Tammy said: “Now we get a weekly column in the newspaper that highlights one of the animals that’s up for adoption. That’s worked out really well because a lot of people still don’t look online and need to see it in print.
"It’s definitely helped up up adoption rates and awareness”
Top designers donated their creations for this new seasonal shoot, including Anthony Rubio, Joan Kelly and Tiemart.
From a doe-eyed dog donning a Christmas hat, to a Jack Russell in a shirt and tie and a labrador dressed in a novelty shirt and sequinned top hat.
Tammy said: "A goal we have is to get all the dogs photographed by Christmas and in homes."
